Pilates based movement is open to beginners or more experienced people who want to improve and maintain their strength from the inside out.
It will improve balance and flexibility and you will leave feeling relaxed.   Mary welcomes all ages and abilities and can modify exercises to suit your needs.  Being an accredited Mum-Safe instructor, all classes are suitable for women pre and postnatal, peri-menopausal and menopausal.  A roll up mat and towel are required.  Bookings are essential.
