GriefCare Tasmania, a service of Relationships Australia Tasmania, provides a single point of contact for people experiencing grief, bereavement or significant life changes.

The service can help connect you with professional counselling, peer support groups and specialist grief services, including support for children and young people.

Support is available for people experiencing different types of loss, including the death of a loved one, suicide bereavement, community tragedy or other significant life changes. Phone and video support are available for people who cannot easily access face-to-face services.
