Resource: My Wellbeing Buddy 2026

About the Wellbeing Buddy

The My Wellbeing Buddy is a practical pocket-sized resource developed to help people in the Tasman region recognise when they or someone they care about may need support with their mental health and wellbeing. It provides simple guidance on starting conversations, seeking help from a GP and supporting a friend who may be experiencing a mental health crisis.

The resource also brings together important mental health and crisis support contacts, including Lifeline, Suicide Call Back Service, Access Mental Health, MensLine Australia and other specialist services. It also includes local Tasman Peninsula services and directs people to the Tasman Connect Directory for further health and wellbeing support.
