The Home And Community Care office is situated in a separate building on the uphill side of the Multi-Purpose Service in Nubeena.

Huon Regional Care in Nubeena provides in-home and community care (HACC) for aged and disability from the Nubeena to Sorell area.  Help with house cleaning, shopping, transport, personal care, social outings and frozen home cooked meals are available.
