June to November – 9.15am for a 9.30 start

December to May – 8.15am for an 8.30 start

From its beginnings in May 2024 we decided to have a regular cold-water swim/dip in preparation for the winter months ahead. It wasn’t long before more people came along to have a social swim or dip and now its continuing all through the year. 

Wear bathers or wetsuit, your choice. Bring warm clothes to change into when you get out.

This is a self-directed group with no joining fee, no commitment – just turn up and have fun while improving your overall health and wellbeing.
