Meeting at various locations across the Tasman

This volunteer group of community health representatives from the Tasman work together with local and state health-related organisations and services to ensure the health and wellbeing needs of the Tasman community are heard. 

This group is also consulted about health consumer issues and initiates and oversees its own projects, such as the Tasman Connect Directory and Calendar, a health promotion website. This group is supported by Health Consumers Tasmania and the Tasmania Health Service. 

The group meets quarterly and networks and shares information within their community between these meetings.  

There are representatives for most areas on the Tasman Peninsula, up to and including Murdunna. They are keen to listen to what the community requires to improve services and actively seeks solutions to problems.
