Access Mental Health is now the single referral point for all public mental health services. It uses one phone number to access all services.  Working together with Lifeline Tasmania, it provides for immediate counselling support over the phone and information about the different services available to people under the Tasmanian mental health system. 

It gives advice and helps you to make a referral to public mental health services, depending on your immediate needs. It has information about specialised services for older adults, young people and carers of people with mental health issues.
