Community nursing is provided by Registered Nurses who work at the Tasman Multi Purpose Service (MPS).  You can access this service following any hospital admission or doctor’s referral.  You can also request it yourself by contacting the Reception of the MPS.

Services include:

• wound care
• medication management
• mental health support
• health or mental health crisis care
• referrals to supportive services to assist you to return to good health and prevent return to hospital
