Aikido is known as a non-violent martial art, a “way of harmony”, that utilises many principles of blending and using internal energy rather than force.  For anyone interested in Aikido, please come along and observe one of the classes so you can see if it appeals to you and have an opportunity to talk to the instructor.  $6 per class or $50 for the entire term.  Students will have to register at this website if they wish to continue: https://www.aikido.org.au/New-Membership-Application
