Local Area Coordinators (LAC) visit the Tasman Neighbourhood House monthly to help people aged 9 to 65 with disability, including NDIS participants, their families, and carers to find the supports they need to be more independent and do more of the things they enjoy.

They can help to:
Apply for a plan reassessment – LAC can help to apply for changes to an existing NDIS plan.
Connect with community and mainstream services.
Understand and access the NDIS.
Implement your NDIS plan – LAC can assist with understanding and using the supports in a NDIS plan.
